For a department or a conference
If you're putting together a department gathering or a conference, send the schedule as well as the guest count. Coffee before a morning session is a different job from a bar people visit between talks.
For an event at Purdue, check whether your venue allows an outside coffee caterer before booking. Send me any forms or venue requirements so I can review them with you.
Away from campus
You can also get in touch about a private party, an office event, or a gathering at a gallery. It doesn't need to be connected to the university.
Let me know whether people will be staying for a few hours or dropping in. We can choose between espresso service and drip coffee once I understand how the event will run.
Getting the bar into the room
Send the building and room details if the street address doesn't tell the whole story. Parking, stairs, and the time available to set up all matter when you're bringing in equipment.
I'm based in Kokomo. I'll check the drive, the venue requirements, and the setup with you before confirming the booking.
Coming from Kokomo
I'm based in Kokomo. The first 100 miles of the round trip are included. After that, travel is $1.50 for each additional mile. My limit is 200 miles round trip. Send the venue address so I can check the drive.
For example, a 140-mile round trip adds $60 in travel. That's 40 miles beyond the included 100.
I'll include any travel charge in the quote before you book.
