Coffee at a show
Tell me what kind of event it is, when doors open, and when you'd like coffee served. If the audience arrives all at once, I'd like to know that before we decide on the menu and hours.
For an opening or a smaller private event, tell me how long people tend to stay. I can talk through espresso service or drip coffee with you.
Check the drive first
Fort Wayne is a longer trip for me. I cap bookings at 200 miles round trip from Kokomo, so I need to check the actual venue before saying yes.
The city name alone isn't enough to confirm that. If the drive is outside my limit, I'll tell you before we get further into planning.
Before the day
Let me know where I can unload, whether the bar would be indoors or outdoors, and what power is available. A photo of the space helps if the setup is hard to describe.
Include the setup window and the time coffee service needs to finish. With the drive involved, I'd rather work that out with you early.
Coming from Kokomo
I'm based in Kokomo. The first 100 miles of the round trip are included. After that, travel is $1.50 for each additional mile. My limit is 200 miles round trip. Send the venue address so I can check the drive.
For example, a 140-mile round trip adds $60 in travel. That's 40 miles beyond the included 100.
I'll include any travel charge in the quote before you book.
