Having people over
It could be a birthday, a private dinner, or a party that doesn't need much of a reason. Tell me how many people you're inviting and when you want coffee. We can talk about an espresso bar or drip coffee from there.
If the event is at your house, a photo of the space is useful. Include whether you're thinking of putting the bar inside or outside, and where I can unload.
Coffee during the day
For a retreat or an office gathering, I'd like to know the schedule. Is there a single break when everyone will want a drink, or should coffee be available while people come and go?
Send the service hours you have in mind along with the headcount. That gives me something more useful to plan around than the size of the room alone.
The address matters
I come from Kokomo. Send the address in Carmel or Westfield so I can work out the round trip and any travel charge before you book.
If you're organizing something in Fishers or Zionsville, you're welcome to ask as well. I'll check the location rather than guess the drive from the city name.
Coming from Kokomo
I'm based in Kokomo. The first 100 miles of the round trip are included. After that, travel is $1.50 for each additional mile. My limit is 200 miles round trip. Send the venue address so I can check the drive.
For example, a 140-mile round trip adds $60 in travel. That's 40 miles beyond the included 100.
I'll include any travel charge in the quote before you book.
