The Coffee Wizard. In my prime... Maybe?

An opening, a show, a party

If you're opening an exhibition, tell me when people are arriving and where you picture the coffee. If it's a music event, let me know whether you want the bar open before the show, during it, or afterward.

For a private party, the address and a rough number of guests are a good start. I can also bring coffee to offices. Tell me whether people will have a break together or stop by as they have time.

Where in Indianapolis?

Send the actual venue address, whether it's in Irvington, downtown, or somewhere else in the city. Let me know where I can park and bring the equipment in, especially if there's a short window for setup.

I work out of Kokomo and travel for events. We'll check the drive and the setup before confirming anything.

Working out the menu

You can ask me about an espresso bar or drip coffee. If you already know what you want served, include it in the inquiry. If you don't, tell me about the event and we'll start there.

For a public event, let me know who is covering the coffee and how you expect guests to order. That helps me understand what you're asking me to bring.

Elsewhere around Indiana

I also take inquiries for Carmel and Westfield, West Lafayette, and Fort Wayne. You'll find those pages below. For Fishers, Zionsville, or another nearby place, send me the address and I'll check it against my travel limit.

Coming from Kokomo

I'm based in Kokomo. The first 100 miles of the round trip are included. After that, travel is $1.50 for each additional mile. My limit is 200 miles round trip. Send the venue address so I can check the drive.

For example, a 140-mile round trip adds $60 in travel. That's 40 miles beyond the included 100.

I'll include any travel charge in the quote before you book.

Tell me about it.

Tell me what you're planning in Indianapolis. A date and a rough idea are enough to start the conversation.
